DE/MD Regional Food System Webinar: Grazing, Food Production, and the Environment

Have you ever been curious about how our Delaware and Maryland food system works? Are you interested in learning the linkages between food production and its impact on health, environment and communities in the region? Wondering what we learned from disruptions in the food system during the pandemic?

If so, this FREE webinar series is for you! The health, heritage, economy and culture of communities across the Delaware and Maryland peninsula are all directly related to the production, distribution, preparation and access to safe and healthy food. This series will explore how our food system actually works. You’ll come away with a better understanding of our local food system, some of the opportunities or challenges we need to address to strengthen our local food system and ideas for how you can become more informed and involved.

A Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

This program is brought to you by the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources — a land-grant institution. This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
