New Ground Grower Series: Program Orientation and Seed Starting

To start our first session, join Madi Walter (New Castle Conservation District and Delaware Urban Farm and Food Coalition) will lead us in “Understanding the Game of Urban Agriculture,” an interactive experience designed to demonstrate the benefits and challenges of urban agriculture. Afterwards, students will have the opportunity to get hands on while learning tips and tricks for starting seeds (including planting some for their own spaces). 

This session will happen on April 10th from 5-7:30pm at the Bright Spot Farms located at 302 Debnam Dr, New Castle The farm is located within the Herman Holloway Campus off of  North Dupont Highway.
